Long weekends are so nice. Chris and I just spent the weekend touring the Mediterranean through cooking...we ate through Italy, Greece and finished off in Spain. We made an Italian cheese plate, lamb meat balls with home made tzatziki and finished off with paella. We drank wine, indulged in iced almond milk lattes and tasty macarons (or okay, I'm the one that indulged), and bought a cactus for our home! Nothing preconceived and just right.

So much succulent inspiration! My goal this summer is to re-decorate the apartment and I plan to incorporate a lot of green inside so I seize inspiration when I see it.

Heaven on earth. Seriously, that speculoos macaron is the best one there is! I've had macarons from various places but these ones are just top notch! And I live right around the corner from them! I can't figure out if that's a good thing or a bad thing...
Our first succulent for our home! I love this guy! We are going to re-pot it but I am so stoked to get the apartment decorating ball moving!
