Winter Wonderland

Our plan for Vail was to ski/snowboard and hibernate; we chose the latter. We realized we weren't quite prepared for the kind of cold Vail brought-13 degrees during a sunny day and zero at night. We hibernated mostly, and a few times ventured out because we needed to eat! and to check out Vail's snowy village. Vail was beautiful, cozy and the absolute perfect place to stay during Christmas.

Drinking coffee on Christmas morning in the mountains-what an incredible feeling; and a snowy, white Christmas!
